JAGUAR ROADSTER – Jaguar finally presented without any camouflage its all new F-Type at the Paris Motor Show. The new roadster was highly expected and so far, not many people are disappointed.

The new 2013 Jaguar F-Type

One of the most anticipated world debut is now behind us. The new F-Type is now touting its sweet style as the youngest of the Jaguars running around.  You’ll be able to get the new Jag next year with either a supercharged 3.0-liter V-6 rated at 340 horsepower and 332 pound-feet, a S model good for 380 horsepower and 339 pound-feet of torque and a V8 S model pushing 495 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque.

The new Jaguar F-Type will offer 3 engines

Base price of the Jaguar F-Type is close to $69,000 while the F-Type S rated at 380 horsepower will cost you around $81,000. The 500 horsepower supercharged V8 top trim will set you back at around $92,000. Competitors are the Porsche 911 and Boxster, Audi TT RS, Mercedes-Benz SLK and BMW Z4.  You can now build your own on Jaguar’s official website.

Starting at $69,000 for the base F-Type, then notching up to the 380-horsepower F-Type S at $81,000, and then again ratcheting the price and performance to the 495-horsepower F-Type V8 S at $92,000, the F-Type sits in a somewhat unique place in the market–or rather spans it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear to include option prices as yet, so you won’t be able to price out your full build.
