Audi SQ5 3.0 TFSI – For the first time since it came out in Europe, the Audi SQ5 will be presented on American soil. Once introduced as a TDI version in Paris last September, the North American version will get the Supercharged 3.0-liter engine boasting 354 horsepower and 346 lb-ft of torque through a standard Quattro all-wheel drive system.

The 2014 Audi SQ5 takes 5 Seconds to 60
This additional power from the original 211 horsepower takes the SQ5 in higher performance grounds. The compact crossover now makes 0-60 in about 5 seconds up to a limited maximum speed of 155 mph. The vehicle is 30 mm lower, has stiffer suspension setup, 20-inch wheels and of course, the famed S-badge.
The Audi SQ5 will also get an optional dynamic steering system available in most of its range with Comfort, Sport and Individual modes. The crossover will also get an aesthetics package making the vehicle look more aggressive. That includes a dark platinum gray front grill,
Audi did not confirmed the SQ5 will make it or any release date yet. We guess the four rings company will judge the American interest in this performance SUV before making its move. But with the success of the regular Q5, I would be surprised to see them pass on this one.
